Greetings!
My wife has never had to enter a password to access her Windows 10 Desktop on her laptop. In other words, her desktop automatically appears after she turns on her laptop.
Today, she ended up creating a second Outlook account while setting up an account for her new Fitbit ChargeHR (required her to download a Fitbit app from the Windows store). After she rebooted her laptop, Windows 10 displayed a security gate page (using the new username she had to create for her new Outlook account) which required a password. Unfortunately, the password she created for this new Outlook account doesn't work. None of her previous passwords work either.
Currently, she's unable to access her desktop. Any thoughts on how she can get past this never-before-encountered security gate?
