How can I permanently disable a device in device manager? I currently installed windows 10, and disabled my touch screen from Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > HID-compliant touch screen. Now whenever I restart my computer, the device gets enabled again. I tried looking on google for the solution, but no luck. can anyone help me please?

Anyway, I wanted to disable the touch screen because my computer fell and broke its LCD. So now, on the upper right of the LCD screen has cracks. and whenever my touch screen is enabled, it keeps clicking on the upper right part of the screen.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

EDIT:
Sorry, I think I posted on the wrong section :/ Please just move this if it's on the wrong one. Thank you.
