Disappear PIN ITEMS ON TASKBAR

When I want to PIN ITEMS ON TASKBAR, when right clicking to Pin that active program, then moving the mouse pointer up to click PIN, that small menu DISAPPEARS. I hate using arrow keys to do this. How can I fix this "short timeout" so that I can click Pin.
