Disk 100% almost permanently

Hi - I'm just looking for some help relating to my disk being almost permanently maxed out i've only had this problem since I upgraded I've tried turning off superfetch ect but it still persists any ideas? - I'm not running any programs most of my start up applications are disabled ect.

It may run more than expected a few days after an upgrade. If you want to see what it is doing, open the resource monitor and check the Disk tab.
