DLink USB Wifi Adapter Drivers

Hi , After upgrading my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I had problems with Wifi
It cannot detect Dlink USB WIFI adapter which was running smoothly in 8.1.
I think it has compatibility issues, I had tried many time, but now back to 8.1.
Can anyone Help with this or suggest some other brand or make of USB Wifi Adapter for smooth Windows 10 run

I would have thought that a wifi dongle that worked with 8.1 would have worked with 10, unless it was marginal on 8.1 and using some old drivers that just barely measured up.
