Where can I find the Microsoft Security Program to download on my Windows 10 computer? When I try to download it takes me to Microsoft Security Essentials which is for Windows 7.
Can you direct me to the download for the Windows 10 free Security download site?

Microsoft Security Essentials was replaced since Windows 8 by an app called Windows Defender. This app is already installed in Windows 10 by default and is active unless a third party AV program/suite is installed.
