Smartfilter Blocking Rar File Download from website i trust

Hi
I tried to download a RAR file from a trusted web site but the file is blocked from down loading it keep coming up that the file has a Virus in it, I contacted the Admin of the site they say the file is fine so why is windows 10 Blocking a trusted web site Downloads ?, (www.keyprogramers.co.uk)

There are time when such things happen. If you trust the site I wouldn't worry about it. It might be nice if you scan it with your anti-virus software.

You might set the site as trusted in IE and perhaps it will not check. There may also be some type of Smart Filter setting to allow specific sites but I have no experience.

IF we are talking about SmartScreen Filter.....
Internet Explorer has an option to toggle it off, although I wouldn't necessarily recommended it as a permanent option
