DVD ISO Audio/Blu Ray

I have 2 copies of a movie that I have downloaded.

The first would be a dvd iso and the next in Blu Ray 1080P format.

The DVDISO when played in VLC has issues causing the video to skip every now and then.

*THIS DVDSIO HAS A JAPANESE AUDIO TRACK THAT I WANT TO ADD TO THE BLU RAY FILE"

how do I do this??

I have tried every stupid thing know..

- downloading the new MPC that comes with AC3 and the range of DTS decoders.
- downloaded the AC3 filter just in case.
- configured the filters so the system can output TrueHD

down all this but no.. It will not play the audio.. only it will play the video
