hello,
on win 7 i had the "lenovo energy management" software installed. beside cpu usage you could limit the batery charge to 60% in order to save battery longlife, which i did.
after upgrading to win 10 and although i set "keep no files or software" within the installation the program seems to run in the backround and is not selectable in win 10 at all. the battery charges only up to 60% and then says fully loaded.
since lenovo doesn´t provide drivers for an almost 3 year old laptop on their homepage, i hardly think they will provide any upgrade for this software.
what can i do? should i wait until my win 10 key will be valid next week and make a new install? is it possible to write a .dll which resets the battery limitation of that lenovo software?
thanks for any help and best regards,
jasch
