Hello, I ran a diagnostic test and it came back with: GTVPTw-961AAB-GXGJ3G-60xf03. My computer doesn't have warranty anymore so HP won't help me :-(

What diagnostic tool? What is wrong that made you run the tool. What version of Windows? Give some details of the PC.

I put that error into Google and there were no answers at all.

Thank you for your help! It's HPx360 with windows 10 and a recent update was interrupted and ever since things haven't worked right :-/
I'm not very tech savvy but I was able to find the update section in the settings yesterday morning and it seemed to work for 30 mins ok but then it went back to not working.
Now this am I got a different error message -

open settings /update and security/recovery/ go back to earlier version of windows
