E-mails failure to show as received.

My Internet Provider has suddenly stopped showing E-mails received that where sent by other providers. Evidently, after a lengthily wait, respective mail is received. Error surfaced a few days ago without any warning. I can however compose an E-mail from this address and send it to another E-mail address that I use.

Have you spoken to your ISP regarding these concerns.
Some providers use scheduling or batching to push out email.
Likewise some email applications use a schedule (generally user controlled) as to how frequently they pull emails from sources.
Finally... it's not unknown for some providers to experience short term issues that may impact their service.
It could be scheduled maintenance or some unexpected glitch.

And I've noticed a lateness when the E-Mail appear to be bulk or SPAM, maybe they are being checked by the provider of the E-Mail.

Thank you for response. At the present time it is nearly impossible to contact my provider due to the Pandemic virus. I am unsure as to whether the other two mail address providers are also affected or not, certainly there is no indication showing. One reason is, that if you use the one address for all contacts as in this case your jiggered, and best to spread separate accounts.

Are you using an email application
OR
Are you accessing your email via a browser and simply checking you email at your provider's portal??

Clicking Windows Mail icon on the Taskbar that opens showing e-mails available, my provider mail account fails to open and displays [We couldn't access your account you may need to update password or give the account permission to sync to this device]. Re-entering password has no effect. This error appeared when Windows update 2020 was installed.
