When we save new files the incorrect year shows in the date modified area of the save file.

Example:
should say: 1-26-2017
what it actually says: 1-26-2008

Seems to be accurately advancing per day and month but the year remains wrong.
Has been happening since before Christmas and was saying 2007 and now in the new year is says 2008 so it's definitely counting up properly except for the year.

Any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it?
It's happening on all the computers on my network, not just mine.

Thanks!

Are these files saved on a local drive, or a network drive somewhere?

Have you double checked that the local time is set correctly? Right click the time/date on the task bar > click "adjust date/time" and then make sure the time shown matches the current time. It may be worth enabling the "set time automatically" option and confirm the current time zone.
