FIle Sharing between users of the same PC?

Hello,

I am on a PC with several other family members, and I often find files, such as Steam, that I add to my profile on the profiles of the other users of the PC. Is there a setting to turn this off?

Is your account password protected? if so they should only be able to put files in your public folder.

if the files are showing on your desktop go to file explorer right click on desktop click properties and go to sharing then select advanced sharing select yes on security prompt uncheck the share this folder check box.
