Sharing files on Onedrive

Hi everyone. I put a file on Onedrive and used the share option for anyone to view, then obtained a link. I checked the link and found I had to sign in to see the file. Does this mean that when Onedrive says 'anyone' it means anyone with a Microsoft account? Is there a way to make the file accessible to anyone? It would appear that the link works fine, if this is what you shared

As you can see on the top right, I'm not signed in and I'm using Google Chrome which is ignorant of any of my MS or OneDrive info
Looks like about 38 pages of something.

Link opened for me no problem too, maybe it wants you to log in because you posted it to OneDrive, I assume you were logged in with your MS account when it was uploaded?.
