SOLVED File system error (-1073741819)

Hi,

Had nothing but problems when upgrading to Windows 10 when I was assured that the underpinning architecture was all similar to Windows 7 so all apps should work!

I am getting this error every time I try to install something, even Office 2013!!

I cannot even run the Command Prompt as Administrator or otherwise. Nor can I open Chkdsk to check for errors or the SFC program.

What is going on and how can I rectify this please?

Is there no answer to this issue please?

This File System Error (-1073741819) thing means that I can access very few programs even as administrator.

Please help!
