for me to update windows 10 i need a few more updates in windows 8.1 but those updates are always failiong and after trying things people have said it still does not owrk could any one help me?

What are those " few more updates ".
Can you identify them ?
How do you know you need them first before you can upgrade to Win 10 ?
Do you have Update 1 installed ?

If you care to, try this way.......
1. Download Media Creation Tool
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Make sure you pick the correct bit version.

2. Run the Tool and select Create installation media for another PC.
That will create an ISO file. Save it to your computer.

3. Go to the ISO file > right click at it > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
Installation will begin. It will allow you to keep your files, settings and apps, or you can choose to keep nothing.
This method will not require product key.

I used that method to install Win 10 in 2 laptops of mine.

Try this...
Delete the 15 - 20 most recently installed updates. Restart PC. Check for updates. Then update 'all' updates available. Restart PC. U should have 'get windows 10' on ur taskbar. Fingers crossed...
