I have a program I have big problems with getting started in a Clear Install of win 10.
When I did so I formatted and load into XP and put into my program in which it worked.
But then it could not from XP launch the installation of Win 10...
Not from the CD and not from a library on the HDD.
"This is not a valid win32 application", it say to me.

It will not work when ...
So is not it a risk that I'll wait a couple of versions back then,
and hope it goes better in about 10 years or so ...

There is a file called DWSHK32.OCX not loaded
or were not in the path or what it was in the programmable I want.

Anyone have an idea for a solution?

If you could provide some specifics regarding the exact name and version number of the program you are having trouble with, perhaps someone might be able to help further.
XP is pretty old and programs that would work on it, may not work on newer versions of Windows.
Has the software vendor responsible for the program, updated it to any newer versions?
Have you tried installing it in Compatibility Mode and "As Administrator" to see if that might help.
Does the Software Creator, offer any Tech Support for its' products?
