Green Screen: Facebook & Instagram "APPS"

I always get "green screen" when I play a video in Facebook and Instagram apps, I am using windows 10! Is there any solution for this issue to handle?

Hi Zuhair Al-Balushi,

Welcome to the Forum.


I don't personally use either of the apps you mentioned, however, I suspect what is going on is the videos you are wanting to watch are Flash files.

Next time you are using either app, and have a video you wish to view, right-click on the video and select Settings then remove the check next to Enable hardware acceleration
