SOLVED GWX control panel

I've been using Win 10 for several weeks now, don't appear to have any problems, but when I first turn on and access either my e-mail or browser - a pop-up appears in the bottom right corner mentioning the GWX control panel. It disappears shortly, but is there someway to eliminate it.

GWX Control Panel, I believe, is a third party software product that some folks use to avoid upgrading to Windows 10.
It comes as a Standalone (Portable) version as well as an installer.
IF you've installed it you may want to have a look at you Programs and Features applet in the control panel and see about uninstalling.
