GWX taskbar icon (again)

OK gang, I did know how to do this. I accidently installed KB3035583 again and now when i view updates select it and right click the only options are view details or copy details. No hide option. Did MS change something or am i missing something?

Not sure how or why you are getting the Get Windows 10 icon on a Windows 10 machine.
Perhaps I am

missing something?

This is on the OS7 side of a dual boot laptop. I have something called GWX control panel which is to prevent unwanted W10 updates. GWX control panel permanently removed the taskbar icon for me so the problem is resolved.

 

[Trouble]

I've come to rely on both GWX Control Panel coupled with the registry entry to DisableOSUpgrade.
