Someone posted a thread here a while back looking for information on how to get their taskbar to pop up during borderless windowed games. I'm looking for the opposite - I want a way to ensure the taskbar does NOT pop up when I'm playing something. I specifically want to be able to move my mouse about freely without Windows pulling me out of the game and leaving me unable to control things at a critical moment. How do I disable the taskbar from popping up when I am in a windowed program?

Try pressing the F11 key, it's called Full Screen and usually hides most toolbars and the Taskbar. Full Screen is different from the Maximized/Restore button upper right corner of the window. Pressing F11 again toggles it back to normal.
