Hard drive greyed out in windows 10

Hello,

I have installed windows 10 operating system. The hard drive in which windows is installed is greyed out and I cannot access the hard drive.
Please help in resolving this issue.

I assume you mean in File Explorer....

Check Disk Management by right clicking the Start Button and selecting it from the Power Menu.
Select the Drive / Partition of your installation, presumably C:, right click it and from the context menu select Open or Explore.

Perhaps you can provide a snipped image of your disk management utility in your next post.
