SOLVED HELP locked out because of safe mode

Hi,

It started when my laptop is acting weird, I suspect I got hit by a virus. So I checked some help at how to remove virus, and there is this guide to tell me to go to safe mode. So I did, using the system configuration and then I restarted. And when I'm logging in it says "your password is incorrect" so, I tried to reset my password with no avail. If anyone know how to fix this please help
