Help to open the file

Can anyone suggest me how to open .pst format file without MS Outlook?

Yes. Go to google and type 'opening a .PST file without Outlook ' I just did that and got a page of answers.

Why wouldn't you just re-install "Outlook" and use that to open the .pst file?
