Help Me please my computer not opening

so i upgrade from windows 7 to 10 today it was all good until it gave me an error and i restarted it after the restart something with phase 1 etc popped out on the screen so i let it after 10 min it stopped at phase 1 and it said finished didn't popped out any phase 2 or something so i restart it again and now i got black screen please help me out cant do anything to it

Do you have the Windows 7 media disk? If not do the following;

Try a hard restart. Remove the ac power adapter, and battery if it is a laptop. Hold the power button down for 30 seconds to drain residual electricity. Press start after reinstalling battery and power adapter.
