Ok ... they have a backup.bak file in their SQL server backup folder.
It looks fine.
They want to add it to their Google Drive account ...
When uploading it ... they choose the same folder ... the file is nowhere to be seen.
I have copied same file to their c:\root not visible there either.
Permissions look ok. What I am overlooking?
I stopped SQL server to ensure the file is not locked by that process.
