Windows help popping up

Hi guys,

Windows tips is popping up on its own. It has got very annoying. My f1 key isnt stuck.I scanned my system with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes and didn't find any malware. Is there any way of stopping this pop up other than formatting the system.

Please help me guys

Open the settings - System. Scroll down, on the right, to notifiactions and actions. You can turn off most of the garbage there.

Dude I actually did that and the problem still continues

See if you have "helppane.exe " running in the task manager.

Open Windows explorer, and scroll down in the windows folder to the file (helppane.exe) Renmae it helppane.exe.bak.
fwiw. I think the bottom line definition of a Dude is someone who keeps falling off a horse
