basic dimwit here , but...

have installed windows 10 upgrade.... 'lost' all previous desktop folders.. ned all OLD stuff that was on dektop... how do I get hese all back... dont mind losing win 10 if nec..

on new HP pavillion

Hello David and welcome to the forum.
Have you check the C drive for a Windows.OLD folder?
Have you check C:\users\YourOldUsername just in case something happened and you are now on a new profile.
