Hide labels on start menu tiles

Hi

In the screenshot you will see that Netflix does not have the a label but the other two tiles do.
I wanted to remove these labels are change the icons to be the full size of the tile. Is there a way to do this?

I am not sure but I think it is down to the individual apps and how their own icons are set in their respective folders?????.

I have had a need to do this in the past. My own investigation was that there was no way it could be easily done.
