High CPU Usage (and fan noise) Drop Drastically on Opening Task Manager

I am using Windows 10 in ASUS ZenBook UX305. The fan of my laptop runs quite loud in general but it drops down drastically every time I open the task manager. The sudden drop in CPU usage can be seen immediately after opening the task manager. I have run Malwarebytes and Eset online scan and quarantined the threats. But the suspicious behaviour of CPU usage has not changed. Please help.

I had a shut down problem so microsoft reinstalled win 10 for me then reinstalled the april update, after the win 10 install my CPU fan became noisy eventually I went into the control panel/security and maintenance/maintenance/auto maintain computer and the noisy fan has dissappeared I have just posted this to help anyone with the same issue. Cheers.

Every so often I have an unusually high CPU usage which can be traced to one of my "Runtime Broker" apps going nuts & using all the CPU power. Not sure what triggers it, but going into "Task Manager" & 'End Task' solves the problem for a fair amount of time.

Think I used defender or somthing to block that bugger was a long time ago now.
