High CPU usage on startup after some update

One suggestion I've seen is to set CDP services to manual. Right click Start. Left Click Computer Management. Left click Services and Applications. Left click Services. Scroll down to Connected Devices Platform Service and right click. Select Properties. Change startup type to Manual.

it seems to have worked, I did that + yesterday there was the monthly update. thanks!

it seems I have another guest now: Connected Devices Platform User Service...………. high usage after startup
