Home screen will load but doesnt display apps.

When i turn on my computer the lock screen boots and i type in my password but when i press enter it shows the home screen but with no apps and when you press the windows button nothing happens. My computer has a nitro saphire hard disk (and no its not made of saphire) and an intel core i5. i tried opening task manager aswell but it just has a loding icon. Please help because my only other option is to get a new ssd and that would delete all my minecraft saves.

please read the following link, you may well need a fresh copy of Win 10 on a USB stick too?.
