Homegroup with Windows 10 Home and Pro

Allan I don't understand you question fully. However, I have both versions Home and Pro. The home group is available in the Cntrl. Panel. Just type "Home" in the search box and it will direct you to the Home Group Cntrl. Pnl.

1. Are you trying to create a homegroup from Home to pro
or
2. Are you saying yo cannot create a home group on win 10 pro
or
3. from win 10 pro to win 10 home.

What have you tried?
Make sure you have given the required permissions in the homegroup of "Home.
In Pro. Open Settings - Network and internet. Click Homegroup. It should say that a homegroup is available and inviting you to join. You will need to have the original password that you used, when setting up the homegroup on "Home"
