How did I open this folder?

[Not a new member. Have had to re-register as cannot login. From the contact message form, Send gives obscure message "This action is available by POST only...". Dead end.]

I was intending to open the folder C:\Users\terry\Dropbox\GPX files
using a macro script and somehow ended up seeing this.

But I'm puzzled as to how I did it. The script gives no clue and if I use the Up or Back button I get the Desktop shown below. That does not include the subfolder 'Previous versions of GPX files'

I thought maybe something to do with File History, but I have that switched off.
