I found myself upon this screen after leaving my computer in rest mode, and when I returned I immediately started to try and revive my PC, I have tried: Restarting (does nothing but return me here), Reset this PC( I tried with and without files, both were stop because of some error), I have no system restore point for a restoration, I have no system image file saved either,Startup repair is not assisting me at all, and I cannot restore my previous version of Windows either. Can anyone help me.

Hi Jayson,

can you get into advanced mode to troubleshoot?:

https://www.windows10forums.com/articles/advanced-startup-options.38/

If you want to make sure you have the latest version and have nothing on your PC now, I recommend downloading the latest version (18.03) using the Media Creation Tool:

https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209 (Direct link to the tool)

I hope it helps. :)

How do I use this tool if I cannot use my computer?

The idea is to download and run the Media Creation tool on another computer and use it to make a bootable USB stick to start the problem computer.

You don't run the tool on the problem computer. Download or copy it to a working Windows computer and run it there. It will create a bootable USB stick that can be used to start the one that isn't working.

If you restart your PC 3 times, it will automatically go into advanced options and you can try things from there!.

Just keep shutting the PC down by holding the power button in for 4 secs until the PC shuts down, do it 3 times you should get access to the advanced options!. ;)
