On my dell laptop, my computer continues to crash at startup. I have tried every restart option and they all fail. Is it possible to save this computer, or is it gone for good?

Get the ISO from here and burn it to a USB ThumbDrive or a DVD https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Connect / insert the installation media and boot from it.
Most Dells will give you a one time boot menu by holding or rapidly tapping the F12 key when you power it on.
USE the Repair your computer link on the second page to go through the advanced troubleshooting options, (Startup Repair, System Restore, Safe Mode, etc.)

As a possible alternative boot the system from a Linux Live Distro.https://linuxmint.com/edition.php?id=240
Same deal. download the ISO burn it to a ThumbDrive or DVD and boot the system from that
Don't install it, just run the live environment and see if you can get to and rescue your files.
