How do I add a second TAP-Windows adapter?

I have two hosts that I connect to using VPN. One uses OpenVPN, the other uses Watch Guard's Mobile VPN. I have one TAP-Windows adapter which works for either connection, but I would like to have both connections open concurrently.

How do I install another adapter? OpenVPN's site shows how to install one, but when I try it I get "tapinstall failed".

> I would not suggest running both VPN connections concurrently as they will start conflicting with each other at one point. This will also cause your internet speed to fall to around 10% capacity. Which means, a 10 MBPS connection will be slight over or under 1 MBPS.

However what you could do is to run two VPN simultaneously, you could run one over your original OS and one over a Virtual Machine. This way your IP will be routed to one VPN server and then the second one through the VM.
