How do I CHANGE the password that I have to type when the computer wakes up?

I have a Dell PC with Windows 10 Version 1903 PS Build 18362.900. Whenever I reboot the computer, or upon coming out of sleep mode, I have to type a password.

My quesion is: HOW DO I CHANGE THIS PASSWORD? I did it once before, but I just cannot find how to do it again. I would appreciate any help.

I have a very simple method to change the Windows password:
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and then select Change a password. Type your old password followed by a new password as indicated, and then type the new password again to confirm it. Press Enter.
