Forgot how to start Win 10 in safe mood. In another thread this was suggested.
Isn't it there you can do "repair" also?

Some ways to reach safe mode/safe mode with networking:
Hold Shift while clicking restart then Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
Right click start>Run & enter msconfig, then Boot tab>boot options & deselect safe boot.
If you can’t reach the sign in screen then force restart the pc three times & then continue from Troubleshoot options.
