How to access outlook from within my application

I am using office 365, and, I have an installed card program/application, from which I should be, and was, able to email completed projects to recipients in the past. However, I am not now able to send mail from within the application. Is there some some special configuration that is required.

Hi there, I have gotten it successfully set up. If you're on a company/school wifi, some of the incoming or outgoing ports may be blocked, so try setting it up on a hotspot. Thank you.
