Want to allow user to access specific application

I would like to setup a PC , that only allow user to access our company website , o365 with Chrome (as MS edge seems not good to use our company website ) that all .

I tried to use kiosk , I found that kiosk only allow one application to use , and do not have chrome .

Would you which way /application I should choose to use to meet my requirement , would you advise please .

All I've seen that may work is the Pro Version of Windows which allows much more in settings for permitting or prohibiting certain uses for Users such as installing or uninstalling programs, changing settings, access to a Network or the Internet, etc. And a Standard account may be needed that doesn't have Administrative rights and would be booted into. Things have somewhat changed since WinNT 3.51, WinNT 4 and Win2000 back then.
