How to Add and Remove Any "Navigation Pane" Folder as OneDrive and Add a Custom Folder Under "This PC" in Explorer in Windows 10?

Another issue this post Just click to add in Under "This PC" and you have no option to choose folder or remove option from "This PC" now do not know how to remove from "This PC", it created a folder in root C: \ without giving option to choose and without option to remove.
