How to define a password for boot in safe mode ?

Hello!
I booted in safe mode after choosing selective startup in msconfig .
I could not login with my favorite account which is paired with my microsoft email account and therefor a pin is for login.
Is it possible to define a password additionally?
How to do?

I setup my system for local login with a password so that I could startup even without internet connection which could be a PITA some times.

I have also such an account, but this is for last rescue.
