how to delete mac temp files

hi,

so here's my issue: I've got a number of external harddrives that were used to transfer data from pc to mac and back, and as the temp file creation wasn't switched off on the mac I'm stuck with files and folders now that are seemingly impossible to delete (using a pc with win10 running). Example: The files look like this (without any extension)

:2eDS_Store

Trying to delete them produces a syntax error (because the filename does not comply to win-standards) both in explorer and command line. Neither renaming works, nor deleting the whole path/subfolder structure. Eraser (software) gets stuck as well...

Any ideas, help, solution highly appreciated! THANK YOU!
