Download Autoruns.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

Extract the files, then find them in File Explorer, right-click the "autoruns.exe" or "autoruns64.exe" file and select "Run as administrator". When the program starts, scroll down and look for yellow lines. If you find some, left-click on them one at a time and see if the information at the bottom of the window matches the message you are seeing. If so, uncheck the line or right-click it and select "Delete".

Thanks Ben, I did what you said, but unfortunately could not find any yellow 'C:\users\Mamal\AppData\Roaming\microsoft\windows\bcuivjdc\tcvdbbdf.exe'.
There is 'C:\Users\Mehdi\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\bcuivjdc.lnk', but is not yellow. It is black.

This looks suspicious, but may or may not be connected to the problem. You might try unchecking it and see if the problem goes away. You may have to restart the computer for the change to take effect. Also, when using Autoruns, be sure to scroll down through all the entries. The ones with missing files should have black text with a yellow background.

I suspect malware:
Try running these programs:
MBAM free: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

If these do not fully remove the virus/malware then it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.
