Specifically, I've got Windows 10 1511 installed on a 32GB USB Drive using WinToUSB.

After a few days of use, everything was running smoothly. However, after installing about 4 GB of necessary programs, I noticed that my storage usage was higher than expected. After checking the settings, I found that System & Reserved was occupying 11 GB of space on my USB Drive, while apps and games were using around 7 GB.

So I'm wondering how I can free up space on my C: drive while using Windows 10 1511 on a USB.

Unfortunately a 32GB drive became pretty much useless within a few years after Version 1511 [November 2015] was released, not enough room to accept the Version Upgrades and Build updates that came later. I had 2 11" Notebooks that couldn't keep going because of that limited space, needed a 64GB drive but couldn't be changed.
