How to Manually Download the Latest Microsoft Basic Display Adapter Drivers

I'm having issues with a Windows PC that doesn't have a graphics card installed, so it's currently using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. The problem is that this adapter is an older version, and I need to update it. The PC is not connected to the internet and needs to remain offline.

Where or how can I manually download the latest Microsoft Basic Display Adapter drivers? Any help would be appreciated!
