could not find the issue I was having with Win 7. Tried to fix 7 from the installation disk and that caused some other issues so technician decided we'd be better off installing 10.
We had to install more ran and that helped greatly with the hang up issues except that sometimes it hangs, turns black and comes up with safe mode. I have to restart and then it's ok for a while before it does it again.
I've called the help desk but there are no answers. Have found the system event log; that shows a lot of errors at the time the computer shuts down but I have no idea of how to fix these or if they need fixing.
This does appear to be a windows error as get the windows warning sign in the taskbar.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
