Icons don't respond

None of the Windows 10 icons work after most recent update. Click on icon to open settings & get nothing. Would it help to Uninstall updates & try reinstalling them?

Good question.
It might be worth a try, or......
A system restore to a point in time just prior to the updates you suspect of causing the issue.
