IE do not start on Win 10

Hello.
After updated from Win 7 I cannot open IE.
No any error message, IE just do not start.
How to work with this issue??

I think he can find it - It just will not open.

Look in
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

And see if it will open from there.

I found IE in the Program Files but it do not start. I just see the circle next to the mouse arrow and that's it. Nothing more happend. IE not start.

Right click the Start icon and select "Programs and Features
In the top left, select "Turn Windows features on or Off"
Scroll down to Internet Explorer 11. If the box is unticked, then tick it, and click OK.

When it is complete, see if IE is working.

It does not help. I unchecked - restart, checked and restart again.
